ADM Presentation Portfolio

Big ideas.
Clearly presented.

Presentation, brand and messaging design for teams who need a story that makes sense in the room and a system that keeps working after it.

What I do

Four ways teams bring me in.

Each one stands alone or runs as ongoing support alongside your team.
01

Presentation design

Pitch, board, sales and keynote decks, built in PowerPoint and editable by your team.

02

Brand & template systems

Master slides, guidelines and asset libraries so every deck after mine still looks like you.

03

Messaging & narrative

Positioning, pillars and story order settled before a single slide gets designed.

04

Event & motion decks

General session content, animated builds and workshop materials for the big room.

Selected work

Every brand. One standard.

Seven engagements across restaurant, retail, automotive, nonprofit and industrial.

Case 01 · Taystee's Burgers

A great story, told eighteen different ways.

The franchise booklet mixed recruitment, media clips, swag and menu into one document, and no two pages argued the same thing. I wrote a five-pillar messaging framework first, then built one deck that a franchise lead can present cold.

Case 02 · Little Caesars

Big enough for the main stage, simple enough for forty presenters.

Built for More carried a week of franchisee stories and sessions at the global business conference. The event identity extended into general session content on a master set, so every department's content arrived on-brand.

Case 03 · automotiveMastermind

Turning complex ideas into clear messages.

Dense material only lands when it arrives in the right order. Sometimes that means motion, revealing a customer-journey concept one step at a time; sometimes a layout system that holds the same discipline across the whole deck.

Case 04 · Franco

Selling a studio, not a service list.

A 31-slide capabilities deck that gave an agency creative studio a niche: six named offerings, three engagement tiers and eight industry cuts, all built on one architecture that gets reused everywhere.

Case 05 · Forgotten Harvest

Guidelines people actually open.

Logo, color, type, imagery, iconography, UI components and voice for a Metro Detroit hunger-relief nonprofit, documented so the internal team can update it themselves, with substitute typefaces specified so the system holds when licensed fonts aren't available.

Case 06 · NSF

A 56-page report, turned into a sales tool.

NSF's Annual Review and Impact Report was a publication. The internal playbook gives marketing, sales and leadership the framing, the language and the page numbers to use it in client conversations, structured in five parts from strategic context to ready-to-use email copy.

Case 07 · TraceCore · ANCOR

Built once, reused by the team.

A product pitch deck for an RFID asset-tracking platform: problem, solution, use cases, how it works, hardware and impact. A repeatable 14-slide structure the sales team fills in for each vertical.

How I work

Read first. Design second.

01 · Understand

Read the room first

Who's presenting, who's deciding, and what has to be true by the last slide.

02 · Order

Settle the argument

Narrative and section order agreed in outline, before anything gets designed.

03 · Design

Build the layouts

A layout for every kind of slide, then the content poured into it, not the reverse.

04 · Hand off

Leave it editable

Master slides, fonts and a short how-to so the next deck still looks like this one.

Ways to work together

Scoped by project or booked ongoing.

Single deck

One moment, done right

A pitch, board or keynote deck from outline to editable file. Two revision rounds.

System build

A template your team can drive

Master slides, layout library, guidelines and a working session to hand it over.

Ongoing support

Standing creative capacity

Monthly hours for decks, event content and overflow design alongside your team.

Let's build the next one together.
